They have them in London too, in certain stations. Most stations don't have them though. I would think that in today's safety minded world, they would have been standard by now in all stations.

C/p The story is simple but horrible and confusing: The couple were in a Brooklyn Car Service on the way to hospital to deliver their first Baby while on Kent ave a BMW car smashed into the Car Service which lost control and hit with power a parked TT where the mother flew out and landed under the TT and died, Husband and driver was pinned in vehicle, other end was the BMW driver who saw what he did so he got out from his vehicle and fled by foot cuz his car is a total lost and NYPD 90Pct are now searching for him, Driver from Car service was saved by airbag that popped open but has minor injuries, husband was transported to Beth Israel Hospital and few minutes later was pronounced DOA, Child was delivered (Probably under the TT) and is now alive in Beth Israel hospital.
they are still looking for the driver of the bmw

it was for sure a c section and no Hatzolah member know how to do that. however no doubt that the child was saved bec of the efficiency and quickness of the Hatzolah members on scene

The details have become more clear now. They were not on the way to deliver the baby, she was going for some type of urgent checkup to her doctor at the hospital. She was at the end of her second trimester, which means she was 6 months - thus the danger to the baby.

I hope upon all hopes that the baby makes it.

AFAIK, the mother was dead on scene. For how long can a baby survive? (baby was without oxygen while being transferred to hospital, no?)

She was in seventh month, and was on way to delivery.

Babies in the womb don't live on oxygen.
