Maybe thats why when you call Chase, they don't speak proper english, they all live in Monsey

I actually find chase reps to speak English fairly decent and most if not all are based in us. Citi on the other hand is dreadful!!!! Most reps are out of the country

I actually used it legitimately to pay my rent and mortgage so I called them up to find out exactly when they were implementing the 3.5% fee and the guy wanted to know where I heard about that.  So I said I saw it on some internet forum and he asked me if it was dansdeals.  Seems they think everyone on DD is using it for cash advances...
