What is the basis for a lawsuit?

I read somewhere that he plans to file under whistleblower protection laws.

Nobody is immune to boycott. In fact, the bigger the company, the more they have to lose. A boycott that picks up enough steam will scare shareholders.

In fact, it's pretty clear that they are on edge right now about this whole "scandal".  This guy can potentially win a huge lawsuit against them and make them look very, very bad. I would not be surprised if they end up settling with him out of court.
Boycotts don't work, especially for things that are actually needed, which,
things end up being boycotted usually are. The number of people needed to actually stop using a product/company/country, etc. is just too high to almost ever make for an effective boycott. They make a lot of noise and may get a lot of media attention but are rarely actually effective.

True. Their bigger risk is if they are simply wrong and the echo chamber gets worse and worse while their ideological but counterfactual policies work against them.

The subject matter of the memo which everyone is upset about is a question of fact. Either it is true or not whether or not it conforms to what anyone would like reality to be. The part which was opinion is what he wrote this should mean about how Google should foster diversity. That is not even being mentioned.

Question for all the feminists: Are there things which women do better than men?

I got a Linkedin promoted article today with a headline saying something like 4 reasins to switch to Bing  from Google. A weak start to a boycott?
I'm an optimist; but only because life isn't going to give me any other good choices.

No, that's just something written by someone who was paid to write it but doesn't believe a word they said.

I advise you to do your research on the Target boycott due to their "men in the ladies dressing room" policy.

They are eating their hearts out now and probably wish they never opened their pathetic Leftist pie holes.

On the flip side, Despite what Nordstrom tells you, they removed Trump merchandise due to pressure from boycotts.

Arvach arva tzarich. Maybe you should do some research about Target from sources other than Conservative commentators. It is very unclear that the drop in sales had anything to do with the boycott. I can just as easily be a part of the general B&M downturn.

You can ask Chik-fil-a about the success of boycotts.

I am wondering how many of those who feel it is bigoted to believe that there are biological differences which make the current google environment not conducive to the way many women work also touted those exact differences he mentioned before the election as a reason why a female would make a better president.
