El Al Consumer DisSatisfaction

I just recently flew El Al and to start from the beginning of the issues.

1. My flight was delayed 4 hours  (am I suppose to get a voucher of some sort?)
2. There was something that looked like mold growing in the crevice on the wall
3. The light by my seat didn't work
4. The entertainment system didn't work

Can El Al get their act together? Is there anyone else who had issues? Maybe we can do something?

do something by avoiding them in the future

El Al cannot get their act together.
Depending on where the flight was from/to, you may be eligible to some compensation for the 4 hour delay.

Didn't need to fly ELAL for that. Could have had those on many other airlines.  And if those are your issues, just put it in the airline compensation thread.

What's unique to ELAL is both the SOFT PRODUCT and the experience with SO MANY ISRAELIS put together alive in a sardine can.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Yes... Israel has very strict delay compensation rules like the eu.

Yes... Israel has very strict delay compensation rules like the eu.

It appears that a flight to/from USA would need to be delayed by over 8 hours to qualify.

EU's rules are better IMHO.

While we're off topic, DL is very good at paying the Israeli compensation IME.
