Haven't heard anything about it since I got the "shipping notice" which gave the borderfree tracking information (but clicking on to DHL from borderfree shows the other screen with nothing shipped).
Called Borderfree today. They said that my CC was charged in error, and that the order isn't shipping. They will refund to CC.
I am really wondering if they don't violate anything when they announce a promo, accept orders, charge credit cards, and then after they realize that the promo was costing them more than they expected, just cancel the order (without notice!). I am not familiar enough with the laws and rules of commerce, but this sounds like something that they should be allowed to arbitrarily do.
