Google suspended my business apps account

Hi,

Google suspended yesterday my google apps business account

I filled out the appeal form but didn't heard back anything yet

It's a free edition apps account and I purchased it for over 4 years ago and yesterday it got suspended

I'm having date emails of 4 years

It's over a year that I'm using google sheets instead of excel and my whole business is on that google sheets

I paid for google drive extra for more storage every month

And now they disabled the account and I talked to them today for hours they say the only solution is to delete the account and start from fresh and I'll not be able to get a copy of my files

I talked to them and tried to explain them they I'm an established business running for over 4 years and they destroying my business and they should allow me to fix any policy violations but they say there Is noting they can do that's there policy's

It's such a shame google should take an esteblished business and destroy it

Please put your comment and ask google to reopen that account and and work with me to fix any issues if there is any

Google isn't in the business of just randomly shutting down accounts for no "official" reason. Something must've triggered this.

idk about the law but by the last fiasco s/o posted their t&c which clearly said that its your property and even in the event of a shutdown you still have the right to it.

If it's really going to affect his entire business I think it would definitely be worthwhile to hire a lawyer for this.

If you have such an account your only way to be safe is to open a new g Suite account and migrate the date from the old account to the new one

And google g Suite tech support can help to do this

Do your self a favor and do it asap if you have such a free purchased account
