  I guess that explains all my free tickets I had on my windshield when I came back to my car .

Or when I really have a heart for the person that got a ticket and it hurts me to see they got a ticket I spend the quarter and dump the ticket under his windshield wiper.

I received a ticket for double parking while being parked on 13 ave and 49th st. on the ticket it says the address of 3907 13th ave
I have proof that I was on the moment the ticket was written on 49th st (bank receipt) and I'm the only driver of my car. is this sufficient evidence?

How is that a proof that your car was not left double-parked several blocks away at location B ??

A picture of your car (double parked) at 4907 13 ave might be proof.  You wold not then be ticketed for the actual infraction.  But it would prove that the ticket was written incorrectly.

Any idea on what I should do?
  I was sitting in my car in a no parking spot while talking on my phone, as for the reason why I was in the no parking spot, while on the phone I see from behind a muni meter man (saw him myself) as I was just about finished my phone call I sped away not having to worry about the muni meter cop telling me to move even though it's legal to sit in your car in a no parking spot, but to my surprise I got a letter in the mail stating I was parked in a no parking spot exact spot I was in while on the phone and saw the cop, what a sneak, comes from behind scans my plate and now what would I use in defense to fight this $60 ticket?
  Any specific info I should use while fighting this ticket online? Thanks

Do I understand that it was legal for your car to be there if there was an operator inside, but not legal if there was none?
Maybe use your cell pone records to show you were on a call at that time, so you were pulled over.

Yes that's correct, now how would they believe me that I was in the vehicle at the time of the ticket? Unless I tell them there is surveillance at the property where the ticket was issued and you can see I was in the car at that time and I even know who the muni meter was ( a man, white...)

Go there SOON and get a copy of the recording with a date stamp.  They record over the tapes.
(I once took a video of their video as proof.)

Sorry about that.  The video thing was an accident.  I proved it was the other guy's fault.


But Yehuda25, you're trying to prove a driver was in the car when it got a no standing ticket. A time-stamped video with anyone seated in the driver's seat should disprove the ticket's premise.

That's why I asked for this clarification of the ticket.

Check out the exact statute on the ticket and read what it means.  Then you'll know if you have what to fight with.
But if you're going to need the video - go sooner, rather than later.

IINM they need to put the drivers info on the ticket unless there is no driver present or the driver refuses, that should invalidate the ticket.

  Now how would one win by saying they should of knocked on my window for my info, they would stick with a very basic excuse that they saw no-one in the vehicle.
