Not only social media, it's just good policy to accept responsibility.

I just had an issue with someone, who despite confirming a certain time in advance, ended up coming through an hour late, didn't apologize but rather threw excuses. End result was him losing his cool, using foul language, and despite him getting paid in full, he is likely to lose, as I will be looking for alternatives for the future (and this was after I told him in advance, that as long as I am happy with what he provides, I will not seek alternatives, despite his high cost).

כל המוסיף גורע. I think you'll get more public sympathy if the fact that the children in question were Jewish was left out of the story, though that's not much of an option, as flight was to TLV and not having Kosher food is part of the story (which is bad enough even without those details).
