Trying to change an outlet just unsure where the blue and where the yellow(green striped one goes), the outlet popped so opened it up to change it but the wires were a bit loose so not sure where they go.  Thanks

The yellow/green is more than likely the ground. You can always test it.

Without a tester,i assume you want me to use my hands. ;)

But yes I think that the yellow/green is the ground, but my only question is that when I took the outlet out of the wall I saw that one loose so went ahead for the time being till I got a new outlet and placed that green/yellow into the slot near the blue(together) as that's where I saw the wire when i opened the outlet, but when turning back in the electric everything blew (all the fuses) in the fuse box, so went back and took out the yellow and electric worked fine for the rest of the apt.
As I'm assuming the yellow/green is the ground and blue is the neutral while the dark brown is the live and the other loose wire sitting in the box is to connect the light switches to the outlet, makes sense?
Or will I have the outlet pop? And burn the new outlet I bought?

Awwwww! It's some 12+ years since I've been changing outlets daily in yeshiva... I forgot the color coding, but one thing I sure do remember. I was replacing an outlet near my bed in the dorm. I had switched the fuse off to avoid zzzzzzzzzzzzs... But some dude came into his room and found the fuse off so he just switched it on without my knowledge... ...needless to say, I flew five feet right into Mesh's longest post... Wow! That was totally not funny...  >:( 2 X the voltage of the US.

Good to have you alive and kicking, did you bench gomel?

I decided not to take the risk even though I probably had all the wires marked right and would have worked, but neighbor across the street was an electrician and came and did the exact thing I was about to do.
But know I know for next time around.

 Thanks guys.
