Lessened learned, but AA flights on the portal - they give free bags even if not purchased on the card. 

Thats because UA states that the card must be used for free bags while AA does not. Just need FFN on ressy for AA if you have the card.

That card wasn't used to pay for your ticket. After you paid the agency they used their own card, which block your benefit of the free baggage allowance. ^NE
