Does anybody know if the INK BOLD Business WMC card covers car rentals in Israel?

I have the ink bold and it does not cover Israel.  How do I know if my card is WMC?

RTT would suffice. But I was looking for a real credit card (chase, citi, amex) not Cap 1 . Do they still hit your credit report 3X and not report a credit line?

Why? What's wrong with "read the full thread"? :)

Call the customer service line on the back of the card, tell them you have a specific question about the car rental coverage and ask them for the number of the group that handles it.  WHen you speak to them, they can email or fax you the letter stating the conditions under which rentals are covered in Israel.  It's a group at Mastercard itself, not the issuing bank (i.e., not at Capital One or other issuer).
