I have same issue with a account with capital one that was restricted And I couldn’t login so I missed payment , they gave me address to mail letter to. I tried disputing with Experian and capital one put it back on. Anyone have any good numbers or email to deal with capital one ??

I paid a jewish one 14 months ago, account was removed from experian but no others yet. Just asked for my money back. They are blaming it on covid etc.
