There didn't seem to be any description about what kind of service qualifies, so why not free service?
Does it make sense they would reimburse you for something that is free?
Are they not also paying you for exposing your id?
Maybe not, but nowhere does it say that you must have a paid credit monitoring service to qualify.
I guess we don't use common sense anymore?
