Chase card services denied reimbursement

Chase Denied reimbursement for an airline cancelation by 22 hours due to mechanical failure. Anyone ever have this???

Lol. As per my discussions with the 3 reps of chase card services, the explicitly said that Airlines canceling flight due count,  especially due to mechanical failure.
