multiple flights are getting "this product not available". phone reps are having the same issue. been going on for at least a few days. any ideas what the problem is?
did you try calling amex Platinum travel? They have helped me with a similar issue in the pastAlso IIRC this happens often with Delta and amextravel.com I think it's been discussed here before
i did, they made a note on my acct that i can book on delta.com and theyll apply the points to that.
Make sure they apply the 50% back on the spot.
