IMHO its not worth more then 10k for 1 reason 32k miles in about a year or less is very very bad for a car

I am curious where you get this from, generally it is the opposite because as mentioned they are probably highway miles.
However when it comes to these sort of vehicles the situation can indicate that it was a Law Enforcement/livery car, but usually not sold after a year.

regardless of were the miles are gotten from its still bad for the tranni engine and car it self to have that many miles in such a short period of time my info comes from every car mag and website i read which is all also it comes from working for a leasing company part time and talking to the guys at the office and the mechanics at dealers
