Bump trying to advise family members to get cp. if they have now or recently had premier can they get plus & get bonus or vis versa? If they have or had pers can they get buiz or vise versa?

Yes, they are four different products.

So the only rule is u can't get the same product twice in 2 yrs? Is there way of checking if u had ( I opened & closed over the yrs & not sure which ones they were)

Correct, that's the official rule. Many people have circumvented the rule by creating a new FFN and some report getting the bonus even without creating a new one.
Not sure about checking past products. Look at old emails maybe? I try to keep all old cards for reference.
