Statement closed 5 days ago still no points. Chase is saying I got the bonus but still didn't transfer over for some reason?

As far as I can tell, the Chase links (https://creditcards.chase.com/6000323?CELL=6PLT) for premier and plus don't have a day listed that the offer is good until. Even so, after the "official" 50k links go away, there's always a few you can find--no guarantees of course.

Quickly looked on FT and Google--nothing on plus. The search results like the plus for 50K, but when clicked-through, the offer is not available for the Plus.

does point advance exist with this card? (chase in general?)

problem as follows:
my statement closed 3/10. I made sure to hit the $2K threshold by 3/6 (posted 3/8). on the statement I see 2K+ points but no bonus points!
I called and was told "it somehow didn't make it in time for this statement will appear on the 4/10 statement".

problem is: I was counting on these 50K towards CP for pesach flight (week+ earlier...)

anything that can be done? should I HUCA? SM? or is this hopeless?
