Sorry to cross-post. If I completed my spending on February 1st but the transaction finally posted on February 4th
And my statement closes on February 6th,will I get the points right away? Or will it come next statement? Tia! Greatly appreciated!

I spent final 6k on the card before the statement closed. I called chase on Friday and they said 100k bonus points should post by today. He said if it doesn't I should call back and they can manually do it for me. He said he noted that on my account so well. Now they tell me I'm getting 6k points but the bonus missed the statement by 1 day!? How is this possible? They're giving me credit for 6k in purchases but not the bonus??? On the phone with the supervisor currently. Any advice? Tia

They're saying that they can't expedite the points or do it manually. . They're saying they don't know why the rep told me so.
