For abou 10 days my business application was on hold bc they couldnt verify my EIN so i had to send them an IRS form..FInally got it approved today, so i took out the personal southwest card as well..What was weird was when i went to the pesonal southwest credit card. the bonus changed to 40,000 from 50,000. I googled it and found a different link and the bonus there was 50,000...DId they change the bonus? Am i going to have issues and they are going to make me prove it said 50k? I took a pic of the screen just in case

No, but I've been told it isn't possible. AFAIK the name on card and FFN account need to match.

Applied for Swa business and get declined, phone rep doesn’t know why. Any tips? If I apply again, should I do anything differently, how long should I wait?

Did you try asking to be reconsidered? no rarely means no in these cases, it just means try harder...
