Kind of. First of all, one would need to be the business version, the other would need to be personal. You can't receive the bonus on 2 personal SW cards within 24 months. Secondly, you would only need to spend 11k on one card. Sign up bonus would be 80k (40k per card) then spend 11k on one, you will earn a 20k bonus bringing you to 100k. You will earn (at least) 11k miles from your spend, bringing you up past 110k. Once the points post you will earn a companion pass.
I already realized my "mistake" with how much I need to spend on it because I forgot to calculate that last bit you mentioned, 11k points simply for spending $11k.
Now onto the next question: How can I open a business card if I don't have a business?

Technically if you're being honest, you need to have a business, but a simple sole proprietorship works too. If you can call anything you do, a "business" you can apply as a sole proprietor.

Aha. Thanks.

I got approved for a SW RRPlus card (as I posted in a previous post). Now I see SW's new offer of spending 4k within 3 months to earn a CP. Did I just miss this opportunity by one day?

Are the cards being offered different now or is it the same card re-created? Can I still make use of this new offer if I didn't activate my card yet? Can someone explain this to a confused soul?

This offer is terrible for some. Yes, you missed it by a day, but may be able to match it. Just think it through before matching it. Overall they are just the same cards with a new design.

Why terrible?
I'm aiming for a CP. With the original card, I needed sign-up points from a business card as well (which I applied for but haven't been approved for yet). This new card, allows me to earn a CP in one month by paying my taxes with it. I thought it's a much better deal. Am I missing something?

A typical CP will last through the end of the year it's earned, and the next. This one only lasts through this year. You can only receive a bonus on SW cards once every 24 months, so this would ruin your chances of getting any bonuses for the next 24 months, but it expires in less than 12. It obviously depends on the circumstances, but that's the jist of it.

being that he already applied, its not bad at all. get CP now, and if he wants to continue for 2020 get the 60k biz offer.

I hear. Thanks for explaining. I will definitely wait to see if they approve my business card application. But if they don't, and I'm planning a trip for 2019, I'd think it's worth it for me to match it. Can you tell me more about how to do that?

I already applied for the 60k business card. If it gets denied, I can reapply in 2020. But I prefer a CP for 2019.

Is it 24 months from when you get approved or when the bonus comes in?

Thanks loads, y'all! Just received my biz card. Gonna spend 1k on one card and 3k on the other within the first 3 months for (40+60=) 100k signup points total. I can aim for another 11k within 12 months to get me the 20k bonus, but at minimum I need another 6k spending to reach the magic number of 110k for a CP. Did I get that right?

Do the RR points only come up on my account after I pay my bill?

I'm checking my account activity online and even though I've spent quite a bit on my card, I don't see any points. Not the points for dollars spent and not the bonus sign-up points.

when the statement closes you'd get the points for that statement's spend (delivered within a couple days)
if threshold has been met 7 days before closing, bonus will be included with those points

Seen several data points of it taking a week or more so don't get nervous.

I applied for the new premium consumer card, and was declined on the basis that I received a bonus on the same card in the last 24 mo... which is impossible, since it's a new card. I did get a bonus on a BUSINESS SW card just about 23.5 mo ago, and I'm guessing that's what it is - has anyone else encountered this?

I'm on the phone with recon now, rep is saying it's a decline per policy, credit was not pulled, and it's per Chase policy - is this a HUCA situation? Or is it a dead-end?
