December 31, 2011. You should receive the card within
7-10 business days. If you do not receive the credit card

In addition, I find the enrollment offer for this account
is 25,000 Rapid Reward Points. Thank you for letting us
know you would like to take advantage of a different
offer. I have added 25,000 Rapid Reward Points to match
the offer that you received for 50,000 Rapid Reward
Points. The points will be sent to Southwest Airlines at
the close of your next billing statement. Southwest
Airlines request that you allow up to 30 days after the
statement closing date for the Rapid Reward points to post
to your Rapid Rewards account.
