I applied for my father and called reconsideration and was able to get approved after moving credit over to this card, with a $1000 credit line. Doesnt this require a minimum $5000 line being that its a visa signiture ?

You probably got the vanilla (read: non-signature) card. Don't fret, you'll get your 50k (or whatever the signup bonus was).

Should I have opted to move $5000 over to get the signature or its the same exact?

If you have other Visa Signature cards, I don't think so.

these are the differences:
http://usa.visa.com/personal/cards/benefits/index.html?it=c|/personal/|Card%20Benefits%20Chart

Indeed there are, I didn't realize it was so extensive. But I'll stick with what I said, you should probably keep your spending on your other Chase Visa Signiture cards, e.g. Sapphire Preferred (if you have one).

Can you apply for both business and personal at the same time or it will result in 2 pulls?

Also if you apply separately do you use the same FF - Rapid rewards number?

You've asked this question and been answered multiple times, the answer is still YMMV.

Also if you apply separately do you use the same FF - Rapid rewards number?

Why use a different FFN if applying for different cards?

Something very interesting I noticed, I applied for the Southwest card and got approved, I payed the yearly fee right away (69.00) and then I moved my credit line keeping only 100.00 on the southwest card and they credited me $44.00 saying that its illegal to charge me so much when my credit line is so little! Did anyone else ever have this?

You don't need a link to do an sm match.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I was under the impression that they will bump you up to a better offer if that better offer is currently available, but will they bump you up to a better offer that is no longer publicly available? (At least I can't find anymore live links to the 50,000 point offer.)(If I could I wouldn't need a bump and this whole subject would be moot anyway.)

There's no need to find a live link because I just asked for a match yesterday and was approved today it's very simple.

I closed my last card in January. Can I apply for the same one and hope for another 50k bonus?
