Although I am unable to change the enrollment offer on
this account, I have added the 50,000 Rapid Reward Points.
These points will be reflected on one of the next two
billing statements. Southwest Airlines generally posts
the points within a few days, they do request you allow up
to 30 days after the billing statement has closed to post
the points to your Rapid Rewards account xxx.
As the enrolment offer is still on the account to receive
50,000 points after reaching the qualifying spend
threshold, I will monitor this account until January 1,
2013. Once the original 50,000 points have been issued I
will deduct those points as a duplicate issue.
