Just asked to have annual fee for a SW card refunded 2 days after the 60 day cut off. They said they will put in a request, and if it goes through they will take back the 50K miles.
Can they actually do that, or is it an empty threat?
If I already moved the miles from the RR account linked to that card to a different account (linked to another CC - still open - in the same name), I assume they for sure can't do anything as the account linked to the CC in question is closed and empty.
