If I wanted to get 2 for the companion- this would not work anymore as there is only 1 card at this point? Is that correct?

Seems like it. Would have to get 1 and transfer points from other programs to hit the 110K.

Or, you can get...
Premier 50k
Plus 25k
SW Business 25k
= 100k
I try my best :-\

There probably will be others within 2015, if you do this now and those later...
But you'd be losing out on the 2bm, not getting the cp until then anyway. Only worth it if you gave difficulty with the spending threshold

Any reasons I could use that I need both the plus and premier?

You like to separate your spending. I did the 2BM and wasn't asked.

To get the points again for CP, you need to get a new RR#? Can accounts be merged later like United? Anyone know a link for 50 Business?

You churned these cards without creating a new FFN? Cool! 2nd report of that so far, but I still went for a new FFN just in case.

The accounts can be merged later btw.

??? So then obviously you didn't need to create a new FFN. Not sure what you were saying...

People a while back were asking if you need to do two accounts so that you'll get points for both cards, being that chase "considers them the same product"

But if you do that, you'll have earned the points in 2 separate RR accounts. Not sure if when you merge them, it would give CP status.

That was the debate floating around. Which method is better. I just posted my experience thinking you were just rehashing that.

People overthink things. And when it's spelled out for you they still overthink it! It was explicitly written that you can open up each card to earn  the 50,000 on each and spend 5000 on each to get the 110,000 points for CP.
But since I've already had the card last year and it's closed I wanted to know if I needed a new FFN and I need the business 50.

Hi,
If I signed up for Plus personal and business cards in OCT 2013(both closed). Can I now apply for both premier versions?
Also, Can I apply for the PLUS version again after 2 years just like other chase cards?
In what situation do I have to create a new FFN?
Thanks.
