Amex Plat Consumer - Addtl Card Users

Does anybody know if Additional Gold Cards behind the Amex Plat Consumer also get travel insurance benefits for baggage lost or delay or flight cancellation for medical issues etc?

Your question is somewhat flawed.

Even the Amex Plat itself does not get travel insurance benefits beyond lost baggage or travel accidents.

No baggage delay, no flight cancellation, etc.
