New cards and spend thresholds

If you were going to have to pay $30k in taxes, which cards would you sign up for a month in advance so you could use the charge(s) to hit spend thresholds?

keep in mind charging taxes cost min 1.87% but the 0% apr can be helpful as well as the SUB

I did some more research. I'm actually thinking the Chase Premier might be better. Besides the initial bonus, it's 2.5% on an charges of at least $5k.
