Yeah they’re not super forthcoming about it.
If they change the flight and you cancel, you can get money back to cc if you call or tweet them. If you cancel without flight changes, it goes to travel bank.

Can anyone confirm:

I booked a ticket using travel funds , that at this time would have been expired but ended up canceling the ticket as there were schedule change greater than 2 hours but didn't get travel bank credit back for that part that was already expired. Jetblue claims they don't refund expired travel funds, is this correct?  As feel cancelation not my fault. Thanks

Had the same experience with them. It was only $5.60 tax that they refused to reissue, so didn’t care much.
