Do Answer my own question, I contacted LOT, They responded that leaving NY it's Zetco, and leaving WAW it's Stogel.
Hard BYOK.

Hard BYOK.
Unlike many people, I would rather have Zetko that has a Hechsher that I do eat, than Fresko.....

Enjoy!

Or as I said, BYOK.

Airline: UA
Class: F
Route: LAX-CLE
Caterer: Zetko
Flight date: 2/13/25.
Meal in pics: Lunch
Cold portion Stogel-Hermolis Scale: 3
Hot portion Stogel-Hermolis Scale: 2

Vile meal, shame on Zetko. Never thought things would get worse than Borenstein domestically.
Luckily had a BYOK sandwich from Jeffs.

Enjoy!
I happen to like Zetko's economy hot dish of BBQ nuggets.

To Answer my own question, I contacted LOT, They responded that leaving NY it's Zetko, and leaving WAW it's Stogel.
Last time I flew LOT the JFK-WAW, the breakfast box included a packaged roll which was horribly moldy. When I saw that, i was grossed out to touch anything else in the box. Cuz if the roll got moldy then who knows how long this box was sitting in the sun. So you might want to bring your own meal just in case.

Unless it has Kosher Certification you would have to find out if it is on a local Kosher List somewhere in the world... Good Luck and/or always rely on your own food!

remember AF KSML...
The only rule when it comes to flying is that it is all UP IN THE AIR!

Airline: EK
Class: Economy
Route: EWR-ATH
Caterer: Borenstein
Flight date: 4/23

Supper. The first meatballs I opened had the inner seal loose (see second picture), but I was feeling sick anyways and the kids wouldn't touch anything (except the wafer, of course), so I didn't ask for a replacement. DW had the main and said the meatballs were tough and undercooked. The meal came without any outer packaging (airline staff said that's the way it came, stacked in a box), and each food inside had its own packaging except for the seven-layer cake (which could have been mezonos or shehakol, for all we know - it is second to left at the top), so we threw out the cake. A waste of everything. (The rolls, which I had on Shabbos, tasted like a regular white bread, which I would not make mezonos on despite the label.)

Breakfast
The kids enjoyed the fruit salad, the juice and the cupcake. The eggs were okay, but there was no reason to overspice the potatoes like that...

+1.

If it doesn't have a Hechsher, I'd recommend staying away.

I had a similar experience once coming from Italy, where they served me a banana, two bags of crackers with an OU, as well as an open salad (w/ dressing), and a small cheesecake mascarpone thingy (I think).

The meal didn't come from a caterer and seemed to be put together by the airline. So for the OU crackers and the banana, fine. But as for the salad and cheesecake, they had no seal, hechsher etc...

Plus, after they gave out the special meals, the cheesecakes were given out in all meals!! It was hard for me to believe that they were kosher (and surely not CY!). So guess what? I didn't eat it!

That was then, what I should have done was at least taken a picture, reached out to them to see etc...

Point being, don't rely on the Airline meal, pack your own! (For ediblety reasons as well ;D)
If you do what's right, Hashem will do what's left!

I really think that Hermolis should look into updating their packaging and minimizing some of the multiple layers of covers/wraps that they use. They should look at Kosher Arabia as an example of good, easy to remove packaging that still keeps the food kosher in a non-kosher oven.
Great feedback. Did you email them?

You realize that "easy to remove" is another way of saying "maybe your meal will have packaging that was removed and you'll have to get them to replace it, if they have any extra."

A recent KSML ordering experience I thought you might find interesting:

I booked a Jetblue mint flight around 20 hours before departure. IINM the airline systems will enforce their special meal 24/48 cutoff by removing the option online  and over the phone. I booked through amex travel though, which seems to allow the selection, which I think it may label a meal preference. I assumed the request would go nowhere and that the KSML wouldn't be on board.

Lo and behold:

Just received this email from Aegean which is completely nonsense IMHO.  Please comment.

Dear S

We would like to inform you that due to limited availability, the requested Kosher meal will not be available during your flight. With your overall experience being a top priority for us, we have adjusted our offering and provide you fresh fruits as a snack but we wanted to offer you also the opportunity to select one of the other available meal options, which you can find on our website.

Thank you for your understanding,

AEGEAN

I wonder if they were planning on picking it up from TLV.

Either way, it figured that there's a surge of Kosher pax flying via ATH.
