Booking El Al with Qantas - master thread

Has anyone else had trouble managing booking on El Al?
I have the correct pnr, confirmed by el Al but it won't let me log in to manage. WhatsApp chat also confirmed it.

I have e-ticket numbers for all the pax on both reservations and qantas took my points and charged the fees, so I don't think it's one of those stories where they never ticketed.

Update that I entered secure api info on qantas and now the ly bookings show up but I need to call to change meals or seats

Does anyone know how come the drop down menu  has  no option to select el al airlines  when filling out missing airline credit form  to get retroactive flight credit for a flight already taken?

how can i see nonstop flts on el-al business class  in quantas  from either EWR/JFK only shows connecting flts thru lhr though el-al has availability in X class?

The confirmation code that qantas gave is the same one for el Al, but it doesn't always work. If you have ticket numbers (starts with 018), you should be fine. If you don't see ticket numbers then take the booking code and look on the finnair manage my booking site and they are probably there. If not there call qantas.

Within qantas fill out the secure API data seems to make it show up on El Al, or it might just take a few weeks. You can't make changes online anymore from the el Al side you need to call them for seats meals etc

will look up and try it. I may have tried too soon. I did use the confirmation and I did complete the API data, like I said, I hope I tried to soon.  Much appreciated!

Trying to book a night flight with QF, and it doesn't show up on their website.
I see there are some mentions above in the thread about this issue.

Does it mean that LY just doesn't release it to QF, or I may have luck by calling them?

LY blocks it from QF, though I wonder what will happen if you get a competent QF agent to try long selling it.
Then again, I'm not sure there are competent QF agents.
