call customer svc tell them you want to file a formal complaint and need a fax number (for quicker response than by mail) for corporate, and send a letter.  i have done this in the past when regular (or overseas) agents couldnt help and have had success.

for BA flight in j, BA wants 31,250 +241.81 and AA wants 42,500 + 66.81. QF is 38,000
