All these niggunim are not chabbad, they are the standard ashkenaz nusach..
Chabbad niggunim are tzoma, 4 bbovas etc. These are totally different styles.
That "etc" includes
hundreds upon hundreds of songs composed over more than 200 years, by Rabbeim and Chassidim, across different countries.
Trying to pin a Chabad niggun by style is impossible.
Anyway, there are Chabad Chassidim with an encyclopedic knowledge of niggunim and their origins. They will tell you the different kvetches used in different villages for the same song.
