Currently, avocados in Brooklyn are about $2.50-3.00 each.

One can go to fresh express from boxed.com and order a bag of avocados for 6.99. there are six in the bag (even though it says five).

You can order 10 bags (60 avocados) for 69.90, add a bunch of bananas for 1.99 add a tip for $4 and you'll reach the threshold of $75 to trigger $25 back on amex offers (expiring 9/30).

It will be hand delivered to your house straight from the store fresh, during the time slot you choose.

Note: they need about 5-6 days to ripen.

If 60 avocados is more then you can use (think Shviger siblings etc), the frozen Atlantic salmon is pretty decent price and it has an OU. $28 for 3 lbs.

you need to make sure the computer has you registered in the right zip code

manhattan zip codes and some brooklyn zip codes (williamsburg) are out of stock and states 7.99

if you change the zip code (crown heights and boro park and flatbush) it will be in stock for 6.99

all the basic zip codes work like 11230 and 11219

I got mine today.
It's a new brand. Slightly smaller then what they used to have.
So also don't have any experience how long it will take to ripen.
