So this morning was my turn to apply for the Chase Hyatt (DW was yesterday). Got pending message, called it in, and after being on hold while the rep reviewed the app for about 10 minutes, she approved it. Now the question is, do I:

1) Apply for the CSP, even though I'm way over 5/24 because I wouldn't be waisting a pull anyways and see what happens,
2) Apply for another co-branded card (maybe IHG), or
3) Even though it would be another pull, apply for the Ink (I already have one, so it would be going for a second) and then once (hopefully) approved for that, throw in a United Biz app.

You will prob be denied for the CSP so I'd focus on another Co-branded one.

Right. What about going the business route? I know its another pull but I don't care THAT much about a pull, especially if it results in another Ink or United Biz...

I applied for 2 SW (biz and personal).  Personal approved, Biz says pending 7-10 days (means denied right?).  Anyone do this and get the 2nd card approved via recon recently?

I value the Ink more, but I'm torn because I feel like personal co-branded is more of a sure thing.

Because Chase is notorious for being tougher on business apps, and I already have an Ink.

Went for the Ink. Called in after I submitted, landed on an awesome rep, and got approved. It's been a good day. Now I'm wondering if I should throw one more card into the mix and just wait it out, or if PGFHGS.

Can't hurt. Hell, try a personal and another biz one.

Wouldn't that be risking an A/A? I'm not super knowledgable about what can cause one, but I feel like I've read somewhere that too many apps in one day can cause shutdowns...

A sudden jump in credit exposure is considered a trigger. You can lower credit limits.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Got it. Do I have any greater chances of getting approved if I submit the app tomorrow (I don't mind calling to have the pulls merged)? The rep that I spoke to for my Ink app told me that I my app got auto-declined by the system because it was the second app of the day. No idea if that's true or not though.
