I applied for the CSP and Freedom Flex 2BM and got a pending status. I called recon and shifted credit to get the CSP approved. When I asked the rep about the Freedom Flex she said she doesn't see the application. When I call the automated system it now says your application has been approved which I assume is the CSP. How can I find out the status of the 2nd application-if it got lost or is pending? This is the the message I got after the FF application
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUBMISSION
We appreciate your interest in a Chase card product. We have received the information you have submitted. You may close your browser session.
I called recon today and they don't see any other application under my name or SS#. Additionally I see I received an email confirming my application for the CSP but nothing for the FF.
What happened to the second application? Did the system delete it assuming its a double application for the CSP?
If I apply today (2 days after CSP) will that be a second pull?

PSA - be prepared to wait on hold for up to 1 hr to speak to rep. At least this has been my experience for business cards in recent weeks.

what a horrible experience calling chase recon line 888-270-2127. called twice , the first one waited 30 mins to speak to a human and had to hang up. 2nd call, after 30 mins, woman with foreign accent picks up and says has to transfer  me and now I am still on hold to speak to a lending agent.
Either a wrong recon number or they don't want to pick up calls.
Used to be very easy with just one call and zero wait to speak to one person for decision.

It will be a second pull. Most Chase cc apps are resulting in a second hard pull these days even if it is same day

same for personal card, waited 45 min today to get CSP approved and had to shift $5k CL from another card, never had that before, what is it based on? Is there a max CL one can have with Chase? Is it based on income?

I was told by the rep that based on my income vs. the CL that I already have between all my personal and business cards, they can not approve me for more credit, so I needed to shift some credit.
If it benefits even just one fellow DDFer, its worth posting it.

Iím sure this was asked but couldnít find it through search -

I applied for CSP last night and got an email confirming the application. Yet when I call the status line it says the SS does not match any records. Does that mean I typed in the wrong SS? If yes, what can I do? Especially since I want the added bonus which expires today.

is it accurate that if a amex authorized user card is closed it shows up as a joint account and therefore it is not able to be removed from the 5/24 count by recon and amex must be contacted to remove it from the credit report?
