What's the minimum revenue someone has reported here to get a biz card approved? I was just denied with $2k reported.

Also, don't know if this DROPR, but my rep told me that the minimum CL for the IP is $5k.

Any Visa Signature requires 5K minimum. Although I don't think The IP exists in a non sig version. CMIIW.

I was just told by a Chase rep that my credit history is not long enough (only about a year and a half) to get the buisness card. Should I call back?

might as well give it a try. But a few reps told me the same thing and my history was 2.5 years. But again, you never know. Good luck!
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

What should I tell them? What could I do to help the situation if my history is too short?

Try to point out, that although your history is relatively short, your very responsible, always pay on time, keep your balances low, etc.
Also, although the card is for a new business, the card in on your social and you are in liable for the bills.

EDIT:
Although, I myself remember that the "History Too short" claim was hard to beat.
Especially when they start pointing out how many calls I've made about the same card.

Give a ref# for 1 card & try talking to them BEFORE being put on hold.

AFAIK you can only get it by calling recon

Regular CSR will give it. Though some of them could make a big deal about it and wonder why you need it. But if you're persistent, you'll get it.

When you apply, you could right click >> view source and search for "cig_app_id"

No.

The number you get is in a slightly different format than the way it shows on the letters from chase, but most reps are able to figure it out.

They flagged one of my Ink apps as a duplicate even though it was for a different company with a different EIN.  Any way for them to reinstate the application.  They also told me the first application is being forwarded for a second review.  Is that common?

I did another HUCA today for my Ink. The guy basically took a look at at my entire credit history (all 2 years of it) and was shocked by how many credit cards I successfully opened in the past year, in particular, the 5 with chase. He kept on saying "what a feat", "you're doing everything right", "I've never seen this before", but we just cannot open another credit card; you already have more approvals than possible.

I offered to close a card, or shift credit, and he said that the problem here isn't the amount of credit, rather, the amount of accounts I have opened and the lack of time I've had them to establish a good relationship (he called it an issue with their "credit philosophy"). Basically, he concluded, the sooner I apply for more cards, the harder it will be for them to approve. The longer I wait, the easier it will be.

I guess I should have known better, with my large CC signup spree last month...
