#2: 888-643-9628

Call CS 1-888-338-2586 or 1-800-432-3117 and press # or 1. (If it's asking for your full 16 digits account number, it's 1. If it's asking for only your last 4 digits, it's #)

It's been declined.

Business cards application status: call 800-453-9719.

7-10 day message on the business application line does not mean a denial.

No matter what the status of your app is or what the page said after you hit submit or what Chase emailed you, etc... CALL TODAY! Any "pending" issues can either be addressed once you get your letter in the mail in 2 weeks, or you can JUST CALL TODAY!
And if at first you don't succeed HUCA, HUCA, HUCA etc. If they tell you there's a max of 2 cards per 30 days, HUCA!
PS: If the reason you were declined on a 5/24 card is 5/24, and you are indeed 5/24, YOU WILL NOT GET APPROVED.

Sorry not sure where to post this question but this is kind of related to recon. Till what time of day can one request for a card to be overnighted and still receive it by the next day?

I don't know the answer to your question but on Wednesday 11AM I requested them to overnight me a card and I got it on Friday.
I try my best :-\

Could someone please give me insight on what I need to do to get approved for any Chase cards?  I've spoken to multiple reps today, and none of my 3 apps were approved nor reconsidered: SW Premier Personal and Biz and SP.  They told me that I have been too aggressive this year. blah blah  I offered to close or move credit and they said that I have too many cards out with too much credit line.  8 cards (4 of them recent Chase cards) is what they see with $120k CL.  The reason they said is I have too many cards with them already.  Plus, they see each others notes now, so I'm getting shut down left and right here.  Is there a magic number for amount of cards or should I lower my credit line for each card so I could get these approved?  I barely even use given CL that I have unless I'm MSing.  Some help please.  :-[

You can try SM'ing. You may want to consolidate or drop some credit as well with Chase.

The funny thing (well not really) is that I got notices for all 3 stating approx 2 weeks which means pending until further review.  When I called in for biz recon, I went directly to supervisor who noticed all the other apps.  After 30 minutes of debating, he declined all 3.  Called again, and rep had all the notes down.  I wonder if I should've just waited instead of calling.

What to consolidate or drop?
I have open and willing to close or move credit from:
UMPE - $12k CL
BA - $12k
Barclay World - $10k
PRG
BGR
SPG Personal and Biz $14,900 and $3k respectively
DG $14,900

I did a 3bm and was approved for one card but denied the other two. I was told I was not allowed to apply for more than one card in a 30 day period so was denied the others. I called for reconsideration and got that same news.
Has anyone experienced such an answer? Is this a HUCA situation? Is it because I just started with credit cards this year? Or something else?

I've heard of "credit is new" but I've never heard of a "1 in 30 days" rule.

Their explanation on our rejection letter "Too many requests for credit or opened accounts with us". This would be my second card with them.

They probably want you to have longer credit history. You could try HUCA. This card you were just approved for is your first chase card ?

I applied for 3 business credit cards from chase (Bold, Plus & United) using the 3 BM to avoid 3 extra credit pulls
United got instantly approved, Bold and Plus I have called reconsideration department they only approved the Plus, after calling in twice + for the ink plus they didn't wanna approve it cause they don't have enough history of my business, I tried all the tricks and explained them that I like the features of the Plus (such as 6 month APR, 2 Free lounge visits yearly) but it didn't help
I tried my last chance by sending them a SM ans YES they approved it without any questions asked
Here's the MSG what I send: Hi there.
I'm writing so that you PLEASE reconsider my ink plus Application card.
I really like the ink plus card cause of the awesome benefits and wish to have their Credit Card.
I UNDERSTAND that I've opened many cards in the past, but PLEASE understand me. I don't need any NEW credit from chase, so I'm willing to have credit lines moved around to enable me application to be approved. such as the united i have $18,000 which is not needed
If needed, I'm even ready to close my United card, as long as I get approved.
I have a good credit history with chase, never once had a late payment,
Please get me approved, and THANKS in advance.
Do the same........
Just tried this for my IP. Figured why not?
Took them 7 days to get back to me just to say, "Please call."
Interestingly, this was for an IP and the number they told me to call is the Recon #2 number in the wiki, which is not the business recon number. They also referred to the dept that I need to call as "Account Support Specialist". The person who sent me the SM was also an "Account Support Specialist" and the number under the name was 1-888-245-0625. Perhaps that's another recon number?

Applied for BA and Freedom.
Called on the BA and rep declined because my Business card was reporting a high balance, even though it was since payed off.
Tried moving credit over from a SWA card--but still couldnt do it.
Ended the call with a decline and figured I would HUCA in a few days, and possibly need to re-pull credit.

5 minutes later get a call from same rep and he lets me know that he was able to move it over and I am approved:)

Now I need to call on the Freedom.
