That happened to me once also. Just wait a few days til the BA is fully open and then you'll be able to move some credit over.. They can't move credit until the card is open and airline cards take a few days to open. The rep actually called me back a few days later to tell me that the BA card is open and he can now move credit over.
Ok sounds good. Did you give him your number?

About twelve hours. He said every app requires a pull and that to reconsider it would be impossible to approve me through any other means, like using yesterday's inquiry.

that does not sound right?

within 30 days of application should not require new pull

If the report was not pulled yesterday due to the app being put on immediate hold then it's not a new pull so much as the pull required for the card.

Tried a new trick yesterday gonna see if it works.
I told the rep I never received a letter which prompted her to resend it which will hopefully reset the clock for the 30 days which will allow me to get my 3rd app approved.
I applied for MPE, SP & MARRIOTT, MPE got instant approval SP got approved after closing off an old card, Marriott is a no go tried prob more then 5 times each & every won't even start reconsidering referencing the 2 cards 30 day rule!!!
It's getting really tough these days!
3 BM with chase is gonna be something of the past.....

Interesting idea. i'm pretty sure it will work. Since the letter will probably have today's date and it will say that you have 30 days from when the letter was sent.
Unless they just send you a copy of the previous letter with the earlier date, in which case, it probably won't work.

They asked you for a fax without telling you where to send it?

Interesting username!!!

Rather do it in a bank & ask them to "upload the information" which will usually make it available within the hour otherwise you might have to wait hours if not days!

Exactly my thoughts.
Though I doubt that a bank would write a letter now & backdate it. But maybe....

I'm fairly new at this so I don't really know my needs.  When I fly it's EX-TLV.

ETA: Also, United wiki says matching to 50k no longer easy, YMMV.
