Tried all the numbers in the wiki and am getting the following msg: "thanks for calling lending services. Our offices are currently closed."  It then goes on to repeat its hours which close 10pm EST.

Thoughts?

Just called to get the status of my Ink app that I got them to submit for second review like 2 weeks ago. The rep that I spoke to told me that while lending services is normally open until 10pm EST, today and tomorrow they are closing early at 5pm.

Oh, and still not update on my app. Still pending.  >:(

Again, Amex has nothing to do with Chase.
Amex personal and business inquires are coded the same, hence they look like duplicates. Chase personal and business inquires are not coded the same, so the CRA's do not see them as duplicates.
If you still don't understand this, I'm not sure how else to explain it.

Completely depends. Signature cards need 5k, others can be as low as $500.

IHG = $500
Hyatt = $5k

2nd recon call and still denied b/c too many lines of credit within a 24 month period... I offered to shift credit and still nada but he did say IHG needs a 2k line of credit and Hyatt 5K when I offered to consolidate. I'll call recon again later

I have a feeling they had some big gathering of all the recon reps to talk about this problem...

Spoke to lending dept this morning and...approved! Finally. Question now is, do I throw in another app because it's still within 30 days or should I not poke the bear and be happy with what I have. Only got a 5k credit line on Ink so wouldn't be anything to move over to get another card approved.

What's the downside to going for another one? It's not like they'll take the approved one away from you anymore.

Don't know. Hogs get slaughtered. What's the minimum CL on United Biz? Are they easier with co-branded business cards compared to Ink?

Ya, no chance they approve and give me another $5k. Was a fight to get this approved.

Can't hurt to try.
You can ask for $1k of new credit and move $4k from the Ink.

They'll allow the Ink to have less than $5k credit line?

Also, I'll be able to merge the 2 Chase Biz pulls by calling up CB, right? Same process as getting Amex or Citi pulls merged?
