No one would know that answer, so just apply and good luck.

So the 5/24 rule isn't strictly 5 cards and not strictly in 2 years.

So if it's 4/24 it shouldn't be a problem?

You shouldn't have the 5/24 problem. Its ultimately up to chase if they'll approve or not.

OK.  Thanks.  Btw where does the 5/24 rule rule come from? They denied me last time saying "too many credit cards opened in the last 2 years"  who said the number is 5?

Thats been around for a while. The 5/24 rule is relatively new for CSP, freedom, slate & could soon spread to all chase cards.

Wanted to do an appo today . First card was Chase Hyatt and initially declined for too many cards in last year.
First HUCA got a guy to reverse the decline, and recommend opening and send to back office where I will get reply in 48 hours.
Was going to try Marriot if approved,  and then Citi Biz and Brclys LH .
Will back room UW just look at my original pull , or will they see if I proceed
with Marriot , and or Citi Biz and Barclays LH .
Could skip the Marriot but should I proceed with the other two today , or will that risk the hyatt approval.

Update . Approved by back office , and was no need to wait 48 hours , it was approved on Monday when I applied , I found out today when I Called in  .

HUCA is on life support but still breathing
