Does chase accept one time pin codes to access a frozen experian report (like amex) , or would I have to unfreeze it ?

IME I had to unlock with Experian and call back.

If you say to Experian that you are freezing due to identity theft, you get free unlimited freezes and unfreezes.

(I had a T-Mobile account during their hack a while ago, now I use that)

I'm calling recon tomorrow for a few cards, I want to put a few thousand dollars on my other chase cards tonight. Is that going to hurt my chances with recon? Should I keep it under a certain utilization?

I doubt it will make any difference

After removing AUs from Experian and Equifax as well as getting grilled by recon for ID verification - approved for CSR!

Trying to get approved for CSR, problem is I got CSP in September so Chase is telling me they can't extend more credit so soon. I tried recon twice and got the same answer. Any point in continuing or is this fruitless and I should just wait 2 months and reapply?

Ask them to shift over credit lines

I tried, they said that wasn't the issue but that they couldn't extend any more credit so soon.

Shifting credit = not extending any more credit

I have a 5k limit on CSP which is the minimum, I imagine that's why they are refusing. Plus the minimum CL on CSR is 10k.

it's the minimum cl to be approved, but you can reduce it afterwards.

Maybe use the term "consolidate" credit lines.

Update: pin worked with chase.
Side question, anyway to give proof of address for a business, if I never filed taxes for said business ?

Actually I got a call from Chase the next day. Gulp! Thank Heaven after a bunch of verification questions (he didn't ask for any sensitive personal info which is a good thing because I wouldn't give that on an incoming call) it turned out that they really just wanted to figure out where to put together the $10,000 credit line from. We ended up closing one of my two Freedoms and reducing credit line on my Sapphire. Now I can actually see the new card on my chase account.
