Call Recon, don't mention the letter, some Reps will ignore it.

So it seems they viewed my application as it was an LLC which caused it to go this route?
   Will try with a call a bit later, traveling this moment so can't really speak on the phone now.
   Wonder if a cause to a response like I got was because there are family members with a LLC Ltd ?

Maybe call the verification line and fax in a copy of your Drivers license as 'proof' of ur sole prop. name and a copy of a utility bill for physical address proof.

    Will try with a call alone and see where I can get.
 And if not advance to step 2 like you mentioned.

I don't know what triggers it but I experienced it a few times in the last several months and just HUCA'd until they didn't mention it.

Will try another phone Call, but this one rep insisted that I have proof from the government that it's a real bussiness, wants tax information and proof that it's real, he understood that I don't have a tax identification number for this bussiness which he said it's okay but he wanted some type of proof that it's a business.
 2nd rep says you needed to use your own name as the bussiness name as it's a sole proprietorship.
   I used my initials of my name instead of my actual name seems like that's the problem.
  Any thing I should meantion?  Any way around that problem or do I have to reapply for a new credit card with another credit pull?
    Seems there's no way to change my business name without ‏ paperwork from the government, or by applying for a new business credit card and changing the name in the new application?

Interesting... I've never heard of using your initials instead of using your real name if you intend it to be sole proprietorship! Maybe ask them to change name on credit card?? Explain to them what a sole proprietor is, tell them "it isn't legally registered ANYWHERE I just run my own business"

3. Seems like my only option, silly mistake of not using my own name.

Will try again with emphasis being that it's a sole proprietorship, and nothing is filed with the government, I pay my taxes together with my personal tax.

After entering my ss# on the automated line all it says is please hold for rep. Mean anything?

I am not sure what it means, but if you call back a different time it will likely be normal

IMO, its because you have more than 1 card pending.

I think it depends what number you calling.
When I call 1888 it connects me with CS, at the 1800 number the AS works fine.

They are there and they will likely read them, but they still will give you another reconsideration, at a certain point they may be idiots about it.
