Chase asked for proof of business name for chase business ink. What can I use for that? my business name is my name. they said it has to same "my name Inc." or "corp" or whatever. Would a letterhead work? Thanks

Just had a rep "submit my application for reconsideration" to the back offices without asking anything, seems it's like a Citi recon.

Doesn't that normally mean you're approved? He/she approves your app on the spot, though they need that final approval from their supervisor to push it through...

Generally when they do that it's a good sign, but it usually only comes after the normal barrage of questions.

Applied for Ink Business 6 weeks after getting approved for Ink Premier.
First agent after 20mins and a series of questions told me she could not approve me because she could not extend more credit and a short period of time since my last chase card was opened. Asked to even move over credit, she said no.

HUCAed and I told her i was denied but can she move over credit. She gladly did it without hesitation.

Old burning question of mine, are you better off volunteering the move credit straight away, or better to wait for a potential denial then ask.

That I disagree with, they won't offer to move credit, yet still they'd do it if you ask.

I've been asked to move credit prior.
The agent would come back after the review and say "At this time we believe that Chase has provided enough credit to you and we would not be able to extend more credit, however we would be able to move credit over from one of your other cards"

Something along those lines lol

Depends what they see as a reason for denial.
But it definitely happens that they don't offer but follow through once you offer.

I've had them automatically transfer credit to approve, without asking me, I've had them offer after a few HUCAs, and I've asked them after a denial. I say go for the gold, and if you can't get it, grab the bronze.

Any CC that shows on your CR counts toward 5/24.

Hey all , I applied yesterday for the ink preferred and ink cash  via 2bm, both applications were turned down , called reconsideration, rep. Said it was turn down bcs of 2 cards applied 1 after the other... however he offered to reconsider the application, after being on hold for 40 minutes , he said that because I have a large amount of credit line with chase, he will have to escalate it.
Shifting credit wouldn't work , as I have no business card with them.
Anyone knows from experience if escalation department are in favor to approve or decline?
