Lufthansa Israeli CAL card 15K signup bonus

I could not find a thread on this (please remove/direct if there is)

CAL is offering a card with the biggest ever signup bonus in Israel at 15k Miles and More points (to the best of my knowledge).

The accrual of points is not good at 1 point for 17ILS (around $5). But the bonus is much better than anything I am aware of in Israel. There are also insurance options and purchases which qualify for more points (see link).
