« on: October 02, 2017, 02:04:52 AM »
This is my first post, excuse me if I am not choosing the correct forum.
An amazing drone- the really expensive type= is being offered to my son's friends if they get 10 people to buy it its approx 70% off list price. Whats the catch? good question. have you heard of these type of things?

Sell the drone to 10 people at 70% off, or if he sells it to 10 people he gets 70% off? If the former, definitely a scam. If the latter, possibly not.

Hard to tell without more details.

Thanks for quick reply
its not with groupon its with someone in person giving it to them and THEN them giving the seller the cash
apparently there is also a 30 day money back warranty

truth is we just got told "reached the 10 boys" and my son missed it i am kinda congratulating him
but im still very curious. Apparently there is a Jewish youtuber this lady that works for the orgnaztion was goign to advertize with him and give him free drone, realised he had too few users said forget it he said come on give me discount she said ok if u get 10 people i will sell it for 450 the quad pro retails approx 1400

I still can't figure the story out, but in any case DJI doesn't do these types of things, and they crack down on retailers who do.

I'm calling scam.
