Something is weird. It asks for an email address when logging in, I always had a username, now I can't login. Anybody else?

they sent out an email a while back. I think you need to go to old site and add it

Seems it depends. I did not, just applied online.

You have to create a new account for every person with Global Entry (if you want to be able to log in). Your old username is gone.

After you create a new account, you'll be able to enter your personal info (including your PASSID) and the system will pull the information from GOES to the new account.

Thats not the issue. Anyone who already got approved for GE has the info they need to load the new account (unless you lost the card). Anyone who started applying but didnt pay can just start over. But if youve already paid the fee and are waiting to get conditionally approved you have neither option.

I just applied this past Thursday. How do I access the application now to check on the status?

I was at that point. Called waited on phone an hour and got member number!
Call early in the day because if you are still on hold at 4:30 they drop your call.
If you started application but did not get to pay you have to start all over.

Did you copy down the application number? If so, enter that where it asks for PASSID. If not, currently you are SOL (but they claim that within 1-2 days they will provide an option to match the accounts based on GOES login ID)

I was actually already conditionally approved so got the PASSID number that way. Entered it and the application came up. Thanks!
