My AA miles are expiring tomorrow Sep 3. I can't use my Citi card because of a balance transfer. Will my purchase thru aadvantage eshopping.com today post right away or at least extend it or do I need to do something else?

Funny question. When shopping thru aadvantage eshopping I wanna buy a magazine the link opens magazines.com do I need to use a Aadvantage cc or can it be any card and I'll still earn AA miles?

Nothing I'm interested in though. I actually bought through aadvantage eshopping a magazine on magazine.com and received a email from aadvantage stating the activity but it didn't post yet. It's it enough or does it have to actually post before exp date?

"As long as the date of the adjustment is before the date your miles are due to expire, your account will automatically reinstate."

my AAdvantage miles are scheduled to expire at midnight tonight (3/15/2019). last night (past midnight) i ordered magazines through magsformiles.com and also commented on awardwallet and i still don't see any activity on my AA account and it still says they will expire tonight at midnight. i received a confirmation email from magsformiles last night. is that enough to keep it alive or do i need to do something else now? i was under the impression that magsformiles would extend the expiration INSTANTLY?

donating 1000 miles is an option but is says it could take 48 hours to be "processed"
