Looking for a safe heater (for children play area)

Looking for a heater for a room that is a approximately 200 square ft
Must be with a plug and mounted on the wall.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did a lot of research and ended up buying a vornado heater. It is not wall mounted, but it is cool to the touch and does an excellent job of warming a room. we used it in a partially finished basement in a kids play area.
