I have a tiny bit of stream escaping from under the valve handle, does this mean the valve needs to be replaced? The handle is turned all the way open. (While I'm turning it open, it's loose.. not sure what exactly tightens it)

Try tightening the bottom valve.

Try tightening the bottom valve.
There is no such thing as bottom valve. its 1 valve.
you can try tightening the coupling or the union or the packing nut. perhaps just the handle can be tightened. but that valve is older than most people in the forum and for $300-500 most plumbers recommend chanigng them out.

Try and tighten the packing nut (right below the handle) 1/8 to 1/4 turn.

Sorry I worded it incorrectly. More accurately:
Try and tighten the packing nut (right below the handle) 1/8 to 1/4 turn.

Any idea to why my kitchen sink continue's to run even after turning it off?
This only occurs when turning the faucet off from the hot water, meaning after the hot water was running for a bit and then turning it to the off position.
It requires you to turn it on to the cold position to turn off the faucet.

Attached is a short video of exactly what's occuring as I see @CountValentine likes videos.
  Thanks guys.

Assuming it's something inside that needs to be changed but not sure what I should buy to be replaced or what to check to see what the issue is?

How come noone replied to this fella who actually posted a video??

Back from May!
But yes, a video is a thousand words.
He did a great job explaining his issue and the video was super clear to confirm his issue.

I wish I knew what to tell him, other than a washer/gasket needs to replaced somewhere in the kishkas of the sink.
Not so easy to diagnose without taking apart the faucet handle.

I'm sure someone here did such a repair and can help him out.

But kodos to you and bringing about this felow with the vidz!

Very helpful for this plumbing thread.

I'm not a plumber, but I did have something similar with a two-handle kitchen faucet that was dripping, and the handle didn't stop turning at the usual point.  I still had the warranty from when it was installed, about 8 years earlier, which said that it was guaranteed for life.  So I called the company and they explained that these new-fangled faucets don't use old-fashioned washers.  Instead, they sent me a small cartridge, about two inches high - maybe there was a washer in that somewhere, too.  Anyway, I just had to unscrew the handle, take out the old cartridge, drop in this new one, put everything back together, and it was good as new.  So maybe @613Ari could try calling the company, though it's likely that he's already gotten it fixed by now.

Is this still in style? I remember the old one that you had to do manually.
They now have a manual one.

Is this what I should he getting if I'm looking to buy one of these machines?
Willing to spend that money. Just want to make sure this is the right one to get nowadays?

Didn't know they were so expensive. I have rented the bigger ones to do a sewer line but never one of these. You going to use it to do your drain?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Don't have the room to buy those big ones for the drains.
And they cost a pretty penny, so if I'm not on the business not really worth it.
Probably worth paying the $75 or whatever for each service call.

But for all my other drains and sinks this is a must have for someone a bit handy.

It's used for sinks, tubs, washing machine drain lines.

I happen to need it for a tub and for a washer drain line which is clogged and causing the water to backup on the floor.

I know this is what people had a few years back, they used the one with a manual feed, I guess the new one with an electric feed is the new way to go and what plumbers or a super in a building would get?

Electric powered snakes are not simple tools!

If you don't know how to use them properly, you can easily damage the pipes. Even worse, ch"v a person could severely injure themself or cut off a finger. PSA only

Why not get something cheaper like this

or

Not sure how one can injure themselves as there isn't anything sharp to it but they can be hard to control.

First of all, injuries are quite common

For those with stronger stomachs, here's a picture to illustrate
