If you know where you suspect there might be a leak, take a bottle with soapy water and spray it on the pipe you suspect is leaking, if in fact it is leaking you'll see bubbles.

My husband felt enough pain during childbirth that when I got an epidural, he was extremely happy.  When the fetal monitor showed a contraction and I lay there peacefully, he practically danced.  He said he couldn't take the pain any more.

Hard to really get a picture is a small hole

Water is leaking out of the handle so I got a new stem unit but I can't get the handle off

Just wanted the pic so we are talking about the same thing. Can you tell what type of set screw it was? Is it an allen head screw? If so you can usually jam a regular or phillips head screw driver in it. When/if that fails an extractor will work.

I think it's the best customer service from a large company I've ever had

I have a shower and a toilet right next to each other. At times when the shower is turned on it causes the toilet to gurgle. You can see air bubbles in the toilet. The same thing happens sometimes when the washing machine is being used in the next room over.

I don't know why it only happens sometimes or how piping is supposed to work. Any ideas for what to check or how to prevent it?
